Important Update for U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, new U.S. customs regulations require that all imports, regardless of value or whether marked as gifts, are subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees. This means that even small parcels may incur courier clearance fees of around USD $20–30 upon arrival. Until further notice, please be aware of these additional costs before placing an order.

IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subjected to pay for custom duties in addition to shipping costs. Please note that the customer will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

We will not be liable to make payment on behalf of our customers as of this moment — rest assured that we are working towards it as we aim to subsidise custom duties on behalf of our customers to ensure a smoother purchase process.

When importing items outside of Singapore, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
